Elementary / Lower School, Middle School Generalists
Currently an intervention teacher for students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. She previously taught second grade at a public school in midtown Manhattan where she has also worked as a first, third and fifth grade teacher. Lauren received a B.S. Ed in Early Childhood Education from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Science in Literacy from Bank Street College. In addition, Lauren earned a certificate from Fordham University for Reading Intervention and she is Orton Gillingham certified. She has tutored students in grades K through 7, working on all subject areas. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, trying new recipes, and taking pictures.
