Early Childhood, Elementary / Lower School
Has been an early childhood educator for over 10 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in K-12 special education and his master’s degree in Early Childhood Special and Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education and Mars Hill University. Nick spent the first five years of his teaching career working with students who receive special education services. He worked with students with social and emotional differences, learning disabilities, and students with health impairments. An early childhood reading specialist in the New York City public school system, Nick is trained as a Reading Recovery teacher among other phonics programs. Nick has two dogs named Carli and Cody, loves to travel, run, and enjoy the outdoors.
